Why Steel Maces and Indian Clubs?

I chose to incorporate steel maces and Indian clubs into my training because

of their storied history, rooted in ancient cultures where they were essential for building strength and refining combat skills. Using these traditional tools connects me to centuries of functional fitness wisdom.

The steel mace enhances my grip strength, coordination, and stability, while Indian clubs improve shoulder mobility and overall body control.

By blending these ancient practices with my modern training routine, I honor their legacy while enriching my own fitness journey and keeping my workouts dynamic and enjoyable.
